We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewellery, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ssajanmaini@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Gleam E-Boutique adheres to all local and international regulations regarding the sale of fine jewellery. All our materials are ethically sourced and comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for diamonds to ensure they are conflict-free.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of the item and packaging.
